Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport, our support team will greet you, then transfer you to your comfortable hotel. The rest of the day is reserved for rest. In the evening, you will enjoy a welcome dinner of genuine Nepalese cuisine, giving you a taste of the Nepali food culture.
Day 02: Visit Boudhanath, Some Monasteries at Boudha & Kapan Monaster
Your second day of Buddhist Cultural 8 Days Tour in Nepal begins with a trip to the ancient monasteries of Kathmandu Valley. You will pay a visit to the Boudhanath Stupa, Kapan Monastery and Khachoe Ghakyil Ling Nunnery. You get to check out hundreds of prayer wheels and the amazing images of Buddha in the monasteries.

Day 03: Visit Swoyambhunath & Drive to Pokhara
You get up early in the morning, then head to Swoyambhu Stupa. With more than 2000 years of history, this holy Buddhist pilgrimage is one of the oldest monuments. You get to observe the grand idols of the Buddha and his disciples in the monastery.
The top of the monastery also offers you the chance to observe the panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley. After visiting Swayambhunath, you will take a 6-hour drive to Pokhara

Day 04: Pokhara: World Peace Pagoda, Malepatan Gumba, Hyangja Tibetan Refugee Camp
Today, you will visit Buddhist shrines, enjoying the natural beauty of Pokhara. There is a grand Buddhist Stupa of the World Peace pagoda positioned on a thin ridge high above the Phewa Lake. You will cross the lake on a boat, then trek to the Stupa.
From the top of the Stupa, you get to experience the stunning view of Pokhara Valley. Next, you will visit the Malepatan Gomba and trek to Hyangja. At Hyangja, you get the chance to interact with Tibetan refugees who fled Tibet after the Cultural Revolution in China.

Day 05: Drive to Lumbini

Today, you are going to explore the major architectural, historical and religious sites of Lumbini. Lumbini holds several ancient shrines, monuments and sites, making it a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You start your day with a trip to the antique Mayadevi temple, then visit captivating gardens. You will also get to visit the peace pagoda, the museum and many Buddhist temples that have been constructed by the devotees from various countries.

Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu
Today, after having breakfast, you head back to Kathmandu. You will take a 7 hour drive along a scenic, winding mountain road. After reaching Kathmandu, our support team will transfer you to your comfortable hotel. The rest of the day is reserved for rest or you can enjoy spending time walking the streets of Thamel. In the evening, you will enjoy a farewell party with genuine Nepalese cuisine.
