The eight day trip to Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom will take you to the UNESCO World heritage sites of Kathmandu as well as sightseeing in Pokhara Chitwan National Park and Jomsom Muktinath.

Day 1 Arrival at Kathmandu:

A representative will come to receive you at the airport and  take you to your hotel, where you  will be briefed about the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour package of 8 days.

Day 2 Sightseeing around Kathmandu:

On the second day of the 8 day Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour you will be sightseeing at Kathmandu. After having breakfast early in the morning you will visit Pashupatinath temple, which has been listed as a UNESCO World heritage site since 1979. The main attraction of Pashupatinath is the temple of lord Shiva located on the banks of the holy river, Bagmati.

The next destination of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour package of eight days is  Boudhanath. Boudhanath  is one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world and is a UNESCO World Heritage site too. You will observe Buddhist monks and devotees praying and lighting oil lamps. The spiritual energy of the place will fill your heart with peace.

Your next  destination is Kathmandu Durbar Square. The courtyard, stone paved streets, pagoda style temples and different monuments of various gods reflects the craftsmanship of medieval Kathmandu.

You will also be visiting Swayambhunath, which is  known as Monkey temple. You will get to enjoy a beautiful view of Kathmandu from the hill top of Swayambhunath. The final destination for the day is Patan Durbar Square. The main attractions of the durbar square are Malla palace (museum), Mahaboudha temple, Kumbleshwor temple, Golden temple and Krishna Mandir.

Day 3 fly to Pokhara and Sightseeing:

The second day of your Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom 8 day tour will start with a hearty breakfast and a flight to Pokhara. You will be greeted by beautiful snow-capped mountains and picturesque beauty upon reaching Pokhara. The city is famous as the city of lakes. Your trip comprises of a visit to Phewa, Rupa and Begnas lakes.

You will be exploring caves like Mahendra Gupha, which has an interesting tale behind its name. The 8 day Kathmandu, Pokhara & Jomsom trip also comprises of a visit to Davis fall which is a gorge of the Seti River and Tibetan refugee camp.

Day 4 Flight to Jomsom:

The next destination of your eight day Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour is Jomsom. You will take a flight from Pokhara to Jomsom. The journey will provide you with the most thrilling panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges and river. After a meal you will start exploring Jomsom and the ancient kingdom of Mustang.

Another attraction around Jomsom is Muktinath temple. This sacred site will give you a picture of the tradition and culture of the local people.

Day 5 flight to Pokhara and Dive towards Chitwan National Park:

You will take a flight to Pokhara on the fifth day of the 8 day Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour and  will head towards Chitwan. Chitwan is approximately 86 km away from Pokhara, which is around a 4 to 5 hour drive.

Day 6 Jungle Safari and excursion at Chitwan National Park:

On the day sixth of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour package of 8 days you will  enjoy a jungle safari at Chitwan National Park. The safari in the jungle includes a wildlife safari, elephant safari, bird watching and canoeing. During the jungle tour you may encounter rare and endangered species like the Bengal tiger, one horned rhinoceros, crocodiles and other species of birds and animals.

Day 7 Drive to Kathmandu:

After completion of the excursion of Chitwan National Park on  day seven of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour you will be returning back to Kathmandu. If time permits you can indulge in any activity of your interest.

Day 8 Departure to Kathmandu:

On the last day of the 8 day Kathmandu, Pokhara and Jomsom tour you will be returning back to your homeland with a memories that will last a lifetime. Our representative will take you to the airport for your scheduled flight.
