Day 1: Full day Sightseeing at Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Patan
After having breakfast the first destination of the 2 day Kathmandu tour will be Boudhanath stupa. It is one of the largest spherical stupa’s in the world and has been listed as a world heritage site since 1979. The shrine will give you insight into the Tibetan Buddhist culture. After having breakfast you will drive to the stupa, which is located on the top of a hill overlooking the city, offering a beautiful view to the visitors. You will see a perfect site of religious practice as maroon robed monks will be chanting prayers, while Hindu devotees worship their gods.
From Swayambhunath the next stop on the second day of the Kathmandu 2 days tour is Bhaktapur Durbar Square. The Durbar square displays unique culture along with fine craftsmanship.
