Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport, our support team will meet you, then escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is reserved for rest.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Your second Day of 10 Days Single Track Mountain Biking Adventure starts with a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Valley. You will visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Temple, Swayambhunath Temple and other historical sites of Patan and Bhaktapur. All these sites display the ancient arts, crafts and cultures of the Nepali people.

Day 3 Flight to Tumlingtar

Today, you take an exciting 1 hour flight to Tumlingtar by twin otter (small aircraft). After reaching Tumlingtar, you will visit the lush forests, rice fields, banana groves and quaint villages.

Overnight stay at a guest house in Tumlingatr.

Day 4 Tumlingtar and around

On day 4 of your ‘10 Days Single Track Mountain Biking Adventure’, you will make a trip to Khadbari, which is perched on the top of a ridge. There, you get to view attractive whitewashed houses with orchards and trimmed grass. After a short exploration of Khadbari and its surroundings, you return to Tumlingtar to spend the night.

Day 5 Tumlingtar – Kewabesi

Your real biking adventure begins today. Leaving Tumlingtar, you ride along the trail that leads you to the Shawa River. After riding across the suspension bridge over the Shawa River, you ride alongside the Arun River to Kewabesi, enjoying the spectacular landscapes.

Overnight stay at a camp in Kewabesi.

Day 6 Kewabesi – Pakhribas]

Today, you ride up about 1400m from Kewabeshi to Pakhribas. You begin your day riding along a single trail to Leguwa, where you meet your support vehicles. From Leguwa, you climb up to Manamaya on a flat, dusty road. Manamaya to Pakhribas is a long climb.  If you feel weak, then you can take a lift from a support vehicle.

Day 7 Pakhribas – Mulghat

The 10 Day Single Track Mountain Biking Adventure’s trail for today is downhill. The first part of the day involves riding on a level dusty track to Hile. After experiencing the cool breeze and  fascinating landscapes of Hile, you descend down to Dhankuta along a pitch-road. Upon reaching Dhankuta, you get to explore the fascinating ethnic villages and their charming houses. After, you will ride down to your camp at Mulghat, where you will  spend the night.

Day 8 Mulghat (Tamur River) – Dharan and Drive to Biratnagar

Leaving Mulghat, you ride to Bhedetar. From here, you get to experience the stunning views of Mt. Kanchenjunga and Dharan City. Next, you descend to Dharan, then drive to Biratnagar.

Day 9 Fly to Kathmandu

From Biratnagar, you catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu.

The rest of the day is reserved for rest.

Day 10 Depart Kathmandu

Your adventurous ‘10 Days Single Track Mountain Biking Adventure’ comes to an end. For your comfort, our support team will take you to the airport. We guarantee you will leave Nepal with a new and highly enriched experience.
