Day 1 Arrival in Chitwan:
A pleasant drive of around 5 to 6 hours along the bank of Trishuli River will take you to Chitwan. There is an option to go by air. The 20 minute flight will take you to Bharatpur Airport of Chitwan. If you want to add adventure to the trip, then you can take an alternative route to reach Chitwan, which is by rafting.
A representative from our company will come to receive you and escort you to the Chitwan National Park. Upon your arrival you will be briefed about the itinerary of the 4 day Chitwan National park tour.
After having lunch in the afternoon you will set out for a nature walk in the wilderness of Chitwan. There are a number of observation towers in the Chitwan National Park, which were erected to witness the wild animals as they pass by. The cultural Tharu stick dance followed by dinner will mark the end of day 1.
Day 2 Excursion in Jungle:
You will start the second day of the 4 day Chitwan National Park tour by waking up early in the morning for bird watching. With more than 543 species of birds recorded, the national park is perfect for bird watching. After bird watching, you will have breakfast, then get prepared for the next exciting activity, canoeing.
The canoe ride will give you an up close a personal view of the aquatic animals of the region. You can also have fun with elephants in the water by swimming and giving them a bath.
In the afternoon you will set out on a nature walk towards the observation towers to wait for the animals.
Chitwan national park is a home to endangered animals like the one-horned rhinoceros, gharial and Royal Bengal Tiger. You will also go for a canoe ride in the river where gharial, dolphins and marsh mugger crocodile dwell. Tharu are the indigenous group of the region and a Tharu dance followed by dinner will end another beautiful day of the Chitwan National Park tour package.
Day 3 Jungle Safari:
On the third day of your 4 day Chitwan National Park Tour you will be waking up early to go bird watching after grabbing a tea or coffee. Breakfast will be served after you return from bird watching. Next you can chose to play with the majestic elephants in the water or opt for a canoe ride. Don’t be surprised if you see many amazing animals getting a drink down by the water.
Post lunch you will be going on a jungle safari by jeep, or you can opt for canoeing, which takes you closer to the water animals and birds of the region. You will be treated to a special Tharu dance before you have your dinner.
Day 4 Departure from Chitwan
Your last day at Chitwan National Park. The morning is free for you to pack your belongings. After having breakfast and reminiscing on your incredible past few days, you will head to your next destination.
