Tour Packages Itinerary
While the trek itself takes three days, this 3-day itinerary includes your arrival and departure days.
Day 1: Arrival in Nepal, sunset in Dhulikhel
Flying to Kathmandu on a clear day is itself a remarkable experience. Upon your arrival at the airport, our support team will pick you up, then you will head towards Dhulikhel to spend the night. Dhulikhel is a great spot to observe the sunrise and sunset over the Himalayas.
Day 2: Trek to Namo Buddha
On day two of your ‘Balthali village Trek 3 Days’, you will have breakfast and enjoy a 3-hour hike towards Namo Buddha. Namo Buddha is the sacred Tibetan Buddhist site in Nepal, where you get to observe a sacred Buddhist monastery.
Day 3: Trek to Balthali
Today, you get up early, have your breakfast and take a short hike downhill to the sacred Namo Buddha Stupa. The stupa honors the Buddha’s act of offering his body to a hungry tigress. You will also be able to observe grand idols of the Buddha and his disciples.
From here, you keep on hiking to the serene village of Balthali, passing through terraced landscapes and orchards. On this trail, you get to experience amazing views of majestic Himalayas and terraced landscapes.

Day 4: Trek to Panauti, drive to Kathmandu
You get up and have your breakfast, while viewing your scenic surroundings. After breakfast, the 3 Day Balthali Village Trek trail takes you to Panauti passing through charming small villages and terraced fields.
You will have your lunch at Panauti and head towards Bhaktapur, one of the three antique cities of Kathmandu Valley. After enjoying a short tour of Bhaktapur City, you will be driven to Kathmandu to spend the night.
