Tour Packages Itinerary

The tour package will take you to the most popular cities of the country. The trip will start from Kathmandu, followed by Pokhara, Chitwan and then for a thrilling ride over Annapurna Base Camp

Day 1 Arrive at Kathmandu:

An exotic panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains will greet you if you happen to land on a clear day. Our representative will receive you at the airport, then take you  to your hotel. Later, you will be briefed about the schedule of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan 8 day tour.

Day 2 Sightseeing at Kathmandu:

On the second day of the 8 day Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour you will be visiting historical and cultural heritage sites around Kathmandu. The city possesses a wonderful mix of different religion and culture. The half day tour will take you to the UNESCO World heritage sites around Kathmandu.

The first destination of Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour is Pashupatinath temple located on the banks of holy river, Bagmati. The main attraction of the temple is the idol of lord Shiva. In this complex you can witness  Hindu rituals, from worshipping to cremation.

The next destination is Boudhanath.

This stupa is one of the largest in the world and is the center of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. You will observe Buddhist monks and devotees praying as well as lighting butter lamps.

Another destination on the itinerary of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour is Swayambhunath, which  is a holy place for Buddhists. It is also known as the monkey temple due to the presence of monkeys around the area. From the hill top of Swayambhunath you can see a beautiful view of Kathmandu.

The next destination for sightseeing on the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour is Kathmandu Durbar square. It reflects the rich art and architecture of medieval times. Durbar square is listed as a  UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979.

The final destination for the day on the itinerary of Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour is the Garden of Dreams. The neo-classical garden was built by Field Marshal Kaiser SJB Rana in 1920’s and is located amidst the busy streets of Thamel. It is an ensemble of pergolas, fountains, urns, balustrades and statues along with a beautifully maintained garden and water bodies.

After soaking in the tranquility of the garden amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, you will be returning to the hotel for the night.

Day 3 flight to Pokhara and overnight stay at Pokhara:

On the third day of your 8 day Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour you will be travelling to Pokhara. Pokhara is approximately 200 km from Kathmandu. A flight of half an hour will take you to Pokhara, which is where you will spend the night.

Day 4 Heli tour to Annapurna Base Camp and sightseeing in Pokhara:

The fourth day on the Kathmandu ,Pokhara and Chitwan tour  is scheduled for a Helicopter ride to Annapurna Base camp. A helicopter will take you to the base camp, which is situated at the height of 8130m. The flight will bring you to the amazing picturesque views of mountain peaks like Fishtail, Annapurna range and Hiunchuli.

The popular lakes of Pokhara; Rupa, Phewa and Begnas look like  shimmering jewels. As you approach  Annapurna Base Camp you will witness an amazing view of Annapurna Sanctuary. The sanctuary has a high glacier and views of the snowy peaks of Annapurna I, II, III, IV, including peak fishtail along the high glacial basin.

You will land at Annapurna Base camp, which is one of the most popular trekking destinations in the world. You will get enough time to explore the place and take pictures.

After the heli tour of Annapurna Base Camp the next destination is Pokhara for sightseeing in the afternoon. You will get to go boating in Phewa lake, visit  Davis fall, Mahendra Gupha (a cave) and Bindyabasini temple.

Day 5 Helicopter tour to Chitwan:

On the fifth day of the Kathmandu ,Pokhara and Chitwan tour you will be travelling to Chitwan National Park via helicopter. The park, which is listed as a UNESCO Natural Heritage site, is home to several endangered animals including the one-horned rhinoceros and Royal Bengal Tiger. You will be spending the night at Chitwan in anticipation of a jungle safari  the following day.

Day 6 Activities at the jungle of  Chitwan National Park:

The sixth day of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour is scheduled for a jungle safari at Chitwan National Park. The excursion in the jungle includes canoeing, bird watching and an elephant safari.

The animals of Chitwan National Park are shy, however your experienced guide will help you spot these rare and beautiful animals.

Day 7 Drive to Bhakatapur and fly back to Kathmandu:

After an exciting trip in the wilderness of Chitwan National Park you will be travelling to Bhakatapur airport to catch a flight back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu you can spend the seventh day of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan tour by indulging in any adventure activities of your interest.

Day 8 Departure to Kathmandu:

On the eighth day of the Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan heli tour you will be travelling  back to your homeland. You will be escorted to the airport by our representative as per the schedule of your flight.
